Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Legal skilled to manage litigation and dispute-resolution matters, support legal drafting and research, coordinate with external counsel and provide timely legal inputs to business functions.

The role will involve managing matters before Courts, Tribunals and regulatory forums, preparing and vetting pleadings, conducting legal research, drafting legal notices and agreements, tracking hearings/orders and supporting effective management of the Company's litigation portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Litigation & Dispute Resolution
- Manage and monitor pending and new litigation before Courts, Tribunals and judicial/quasi-judicial forums.
- Coordinate with advocates and external counsel and assist in hearing preparation.
- Track cause lists, hearings, orders and judgments and ensure timely follow-up.
- Prepare hearing summaries, litigation updates and action points.
- Support case strategy and work towards favourable outcomes.

Legal Drafting
- Draft and vet petitions, applications, replies, rejoinders and written submissions.




- Draft responses to statutory/legal notices, including IBC and MSMED-related notices.
- Prepare litigation briefs, case summaries, legal notes and opinions.
- Review agreements and advise on applicable legal/stamp-duty requirements.

Legal Research & Advisory
- Research applicable laws, regulations and judgments.
- Analyse case law and provide legal inputs to business functions.
- Prepare research notes and arguments for litigation and business requirements.

Commercial Contracts
- Draft, review and vet commercial and legal agreements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for closure and execution of agreements.

Legal Technology & MIS
- Maintain litigation records and Legal Matters Management System (LMMS).
- Track hearings, pleadings, orders and case documentation.
- Prepare litigation MIS and management reports.
- Use AI tools for legal research, drafting and analysis, with appropriate profe
