Role & responsibilities

Preparation of MEP estimates, BOQs and quantity take-offs
- Rate analysis, project costing and budget monitoring
- Client billing and subcontractor/vendor billing
- Verification of measurements, bills and invoices
- Material reconciliation and consumption analysis
- Coordination with site/project execution teams
- Estimation and billing for HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical, Plumbing and ELV works
- Preparation of variation/deviation statements and claims
- Maintaining relevant billing and contract documentation

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in MEP estimation, costing and billing
- Experience in building/construction projects preferred
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD
- Positive understanding of MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs and quantity measurement
- Ability to independently handle estimation, billing and material reconciliation
