Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to handle day-to-day financial operations for our dropshipping business. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, solid Excel skills, and a good understanding of e-commerce transactions, payment gateways, and online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate accounting records of sales, expenses, commissions, and vendor payouts
- Reconcile bank statements, payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal), and e-commerce platform reports
- Prepare and manage monthly GST filings, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting
- Create and manage Excel-based reports and dashboards for business performance tracking
- Maintain proper documentation for invoices, vendor bills, and tax filings




- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with Tax Laws

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree (CA Inter preferred but not mandatory)
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in e-commerce or dropshipping
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, dashboards, formulas)
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting practices
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally etc.
- Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
