Google Ads Specialist
to own client accounts end-to-end — from strategy and execution to optimization, client communication, and business results.

? What You’ll Do
- Own
4–8 client Google Ads accounts
across different budgets and growth goals.
- Plan, build, and optimize
Search, Performance Max & Demand Gen
campaigns.
- Develop media strategies, budget allocation, bidding approaches, and growth roadmaps.
- Optimize campaigns for
CPL, CPA, ROAS, lead quality, and revenue
.
- Manage
GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and offline/enhanced conversions
.
- Analyze performance and proactively identify growth opportunities.
- Lead client discussions and present insights in
business-focused language
.
- Leverage
AI & automation
for reporting, search-term analysis, ad-copy drafting, negative-keyword discovery,



anomaly detection, and routine tasks.
- Collaborate with
design, content, web/landing-page, and analytics teams
.

✅ Must-Have
- 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
managing multiple live accounts.
- Robust expertise in
Search, PMax & Demand Gen
.
- Strong understanding of
Smart/Automated Bidding
.
- Good knowledge of
GA4 & GTM
.
- Proven track record of delivering
business outcomes — revenue, ROAS, pipeline, and lead quality
.
- Ability to independently manage accounts and confidently defend campaign strategy.

⭐ Preferred
- Healthcare / multi-chain clinic experience.
- Digital marketing agency experience.
- Google Ads Certification.
- Understanding of healthcare advertising policies, privacy limitations, call conversions, and regional regulations.
