Required Skills (Must have)
- Robust experience across major Fusion HCM modules.
- Understanding of core HR, payroll rules, and Benefits.
- Handson with HCM Extracts and integration mapping.
- Experience with integration patterns and reporting frameworks.
- Experience working on multiple full lifecycle implementations
- Excellent communication, documentation, and workshopleading skills
