Assistant Manager – Sales (Export)

Experience: 3–8 Years | Qualification: Graduate; B.E./B.Tech. preferred

Role:
Manage international customers, drive export sales, develop recent business opportunities, and ensure smooth order execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing international customers, enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and orders.
- Develop new customers and identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.
- Analyze sales trends, prepare forecasts, MIS, and management reports.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Dispatch, Accounts, etc. for timely order fulfillment.
- Handle customer follow-ups, payment tracking, and issue resolution.
- Maintain customer records in ERP/CRM and support business growth strategies.

Requirements:
- 3–8 years’ experience in Export/International Sales, preferably in engineering/industrial products.
- Strong communication, customer handling, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, ERP/CRM (ZOHO).
- Experience in Pneumatic Tools, Mining Tools,



Industrial Tools, or Engineering Products preferred.
- Knowledge of export processes/documentation and overseas markets is an advantage.

CTC: ₹6–10 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
