Brilliant Infotech Inc. is a US-headquartered IT services and technology solutions company with a delivery centre in Noida. We work with enterprise clients across financial services, insurance, logistics, retail, and the public sector.

As we expand our AI and technology solutions business, we are looking for an Inside Sales Executive with 35 years of experience selling IT services, technology solutions, or IT staffing to the US market.

The successful candidate will own outbound sales end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closure. This is not a lead-generation-only or appointment-setting role.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities for IT services and technology solutions in the US market.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
- Research target accounts and identify relevant business and technology decision-makers.
- Engage prospects including technology leaders, business leaders, engineering managers,



IT managers, and other decision-makers.
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities based on business requirements, fit, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls with qualified prospects.
- Understand client requirements and position relevant Brilliant Infotech services and solutions.
- Own the outbound sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through discovery, proposal, negotiation, follow-up, and closure.
- Build and maintain an active sales pipeline against monthly and quarterly targets.
- Consistently follow up with prospects and move qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate prospect, activity, pipeline, and opportunity information in CRM.
- Coordinate with US leadership, technical, delivery, and recruiting teams on client requirements, proposals, and solutions.
