Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Drive plant budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure achievement of business objectives.

Drive product costing, cost analysis, and profitability improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.

Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing in compliance with accounting standards.

Monitor and control plant operating expenses, capital expenditure, and overhead costs.

Oversee inventory accounting, annual stock verification, and reduction of slow/non-moving inventory.

Manage fixed asset accounting, capitalization, verification, and statutory compliance.

Support evaluation and financial viability assessment of new products, projects, and business initiatives.

Act as the finance business partner to plant leadership, providing insights for operational and strategic decision-making

Experience

5-10 yrs. experience with Excel /SAP knowledge

Industry Preferred

Exposure to Manufacturing Accounts, Costing, IND AS and having good exposure to Govt.



Liasoning (with Commercial Taxes, Industries Dept. etc.)
