Department: Human Resources

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offer and joining coordination.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, induction, HRMS/Keka updates and joining formalities.
- Track and manage probation, confirmation and extension processes.
- Handle employee exits, resignation, clearance, exit interviews and Full & Final coordination.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, HR data and HRMS accurately.
- Support employee relations, grievances, counselling and disciplinary processes.
- Assist in implementation of HR policies and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate training, employee engagement activities, HR meetings and communication.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS, trackers and reports.




- Handle day-to-day HR activities and employee queries while ensuring timely completion of HR processes.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Recruitment and employee-handling skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up
- MS Excel, Word and HRMS/Keka knowledge
- Positive documentation and record-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple HR activities and deadlines

Qualification: Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred (Freshers may also apply)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
