About the Role
Water Innovation Systems is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Service Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time, on-site role that offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the industrial automation and water treatment sector by delivering cutting-edge and customer-focused solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for both driving sales growth and providing technical service support for our products and systems. You will play a key role in promoting our solutions, building strong client relationships, and ensuring efficient installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of dosing pump systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives, enhance customer satisfaction, and expand market presence.

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹25,000 to ₹55,000 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth in a dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Generate, qualify,



and convert leads through various channels.
- Identify potential clients and build long-term relationships.
- Promote products and services through client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Conduct installation, commissioning, and servicing of dosing pumps and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in dosing pumps and provide effective solutions.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and provide insights for strategic planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to achieve targets.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
- Travel extensively for field sales, service activities, and client support.
