About The Role
We are seeking an exceptional
Senior Engineering Manager
to lead an engineering team of 15-20 engineers. This is a techno-managerial role responsible for delivering high-quality software while ensuring the team is productive, engaged, and aligned with business goals. This role is responsible for managing a team that works on building the next generation of Acceldata's platform and products and owns the responsibility to ship the key features of the product on-time.

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will work closely with Engineering Leadership to build the product strategy, reviewing the product roadmaps,



track the engineering progress and plan the releases. You will play a key role in hiring, coaching the team members, providing technical guidance and ensuring engineering excellence across the team.

What You'll Do
Technical Leadership
- Guide architecture and design decisions.
- Review technical proposals and trade-offs.
- Establish engineering best practices.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
- Partner with senior engineers and architects on technical strategy

People Leadership
- Build a robust engineering team.
