Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparation of 3D & 2D design of die and core box, reports in coordination with CFT.
- Casting and Shot model creation. Simulation and finalization of Shot model.
- Review 2D/ 3D design preparation with Design CFT team for ensuring adherence with customer specifications and technical requirements.
- Guide effective Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) and ensure resolution of the same.
- Oversee collection and maintenance of documentation for closing and updating ECN status and associated records.
- Review all inspection reports received from die suppliers and resolve the problems.
- Adhering requirements related to IATF 16949, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.

Key Skills
- Sound knowledge of Die design, simulation, and manufacturing process.
- Knowledge of IATF ISO Audits, DFM, APQP, PPAP, FMEA and engineering change management.
- Valuable problem-solving, communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in Die Design or related field (Aluminium Die Casting).
- Diploma /B.Tech. / B.E. degree (Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- Proficiency in UG NX (preferred) CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD
