Job description
- Oversee the daily operations of the hospital's nursing department.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Manage and supervise a team of nurses to achieve optimal performance.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of nursing practice.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nursing Superintendent or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Qualification: GNM, BSc Nursing
- Must able to speak local language Kannada
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
