Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the retail sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and merchandising plans to maximize revenue.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and purchasing activities to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels.
- Manage daily store operations including cash handling, POS system management, cashiering,



and shift management.
- Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Monitor store performance metrics through retail math and operational data; analyze sales reports for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and maintain excellent communication with staff and upper management.

Requirements
- Proven experience in retail industry sales team management with a strong background in retail sales operations.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with skills in team management, employee recruiting, interviewing, and training.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and basic math skills.
