We are looking for a Performance & Social Media Marketing Manager who can combine creative thinking with strong digital marketing and performance marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts
- Plan and manage Meta advertising campaigns
- Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise budgets, audiences and creatives
- Develop lead generation and conversion campaigns
- Conduct social media and digital marketing audits
- Analyse competitors and identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop performance focused content




- Prepare monthly performance reports and insights
- Track KPIs including reach, engagement, leads, conversions and campaign ROI
- Stay updated with Meta, Google and digital marketing trends
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for research, ideation, analysis and workflow optimisation
- Communicate with clients regarding campaign strategy, performance and recommendations
- Contribute to recent business proposals and marketing strategies

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in performance marketing, social media marketing or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
- Working knowledge of Google Ads
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy
- Experience with campaign optimisation and performance analysis
- Ability to understand analytics and convert data into actionable strategies
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketi
