Role & responsibilities

Tendering & Estimation - Identify and evaluate tender opportunities from GEM portal, E-tendering platforms, and customer sources
- Review and validate techno-commercial terms and conditions of tenders/enquiries
- Prepare synopsis, pre-bid queries, and complete techno-commercial documentation
- Carry out costing, budgeting, and estimation for Lighting Fixtures, Poles, High Mast, Transformers, Panels, CCMS, cabling, and wiring
- Coordinate with vendors for bought-out items and conduct negotiations
- Manage vendor registration and portal enrollments
- Maintain records of tender status and conduct Win/Loss analysis with RCA Project Execution Support
- Support contractor finalization and site mobilization activities
- Provide support for installation, testing, and commissioning of lighting systems




- Ensure execution as per IS standards and approved FQP
- Assist in planning manpower, monitoring progress, and ensuring statutory compliance
- Support monthly billing, reconciliation, and documentation: MDCC, MRC, C-Form
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams

Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: 2-8 years in Tendering, Estimation, and Costing for EPC / Illumination projects
- Robust knowledge of Lighting Fixtures, High Mast, Street Lighting, CCMS, Panels, and Cabling
- Proficiency in E-tendering portals and GEM
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate acros
