Hybrid work model with one week every month working from the Bangalore office. The remaining days can be worked remotely.

Experience

2+ years of proven experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, and Influencer Marketing.

Experience managing brand social media accounts and executing successful digital campaigns.

Experience in consumer internet, creator economy, entertainment, dating, lifestyle, or startup environments is an added advantage.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Social Media Manager to lead Hima's digital presence across all social platforms. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end social media strategy, manage influencer partnerships, create engaging campaigns, and drive brand awareness while ensuring consistent brand communication across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management





Own and manage all Hima social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.

Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators to produce high-quality content.

Monitor social media trends and create timely, engaging, and relevant content.

Build and grow Hima's online community through consistent engagement.

Influencer Marketing

Identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships.

Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from ideation to reporting.

Build long-term relationships with creators, talent agencies, and influencer networks.

Measure campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.

Digital Marketing & Brand Management

Execute digital marketing initiatives to improve brand awareness and audience engagement.

Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities
