Role Description

Key responsibilities:





* Define & execute KLAY's technology vision & roadmap

* Lead enterprise-wide technology, product development & digital initiatives

* Build scalable, secure & business-focused technology platforms

* Drive innovation, operational excellence & data-driven decision-making

* Lead high-performing technology teams & cross-functional collaboration

We're looking for:

* 20+ years of IT leadership experience with 5+ years leading enterprise technology

* Strong product & technology leadership in service-driven organizations

* Proven experience managing large, multi-location technology ecosystems

* Strategic thinker with exceptional leadership & stakeholder management skills
