Role Overview

We are looking for a polished, customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to be the first point of contact at our Experience Centre. The role involves creating a warm, professional, and premium experience for clients, architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate visitors.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, architects, builders, interior designers, and corporate visitors.
- Ensure a qualified and premium experience for all walk-in and scheduled visitors.
- Manage visitor registrations, appointments, and meeting room bookings.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, and Project teams for client meetings and discussions.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and route them to the appropriate departments.
- Support client follow-ups, meeting scheduling, and hospitality arrangements.
- Maintain records of visitor footfall and customer interactions.




- Ensure the reception and Experience Centre are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist with client presentations, product demonstrations, and corporate visits.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless visitor and customer management.

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
- Prior experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Reception, Hospitality, Customer Experience, or Experience Centres will be preferred.
