Role Description

As a BDE, you will play a crucial role in the early stages of the sales cycle. Youll be responsible for identifying potential customers, reaching out to them, and qualifying leads to build a robust pipeline for our Account Executives. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect Research & Data Mining: Identify potential leads and gather contact information through various tools (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, industry databases).
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Initiate outbound calls,



emails, and LinkedIn messaging to engage prospects and introduce our cloud and DevOps offerings.
- Qualify Leads: Assess prospect needs and ensure a proper fit with our services. Qualify leads based on defined BANT criteria and pass them to senior sales reps for further nurturing.
- Lead Handoff: Transition qualified leads to Account Executives, ensuring smooth handover with accurate prospect information.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update all lead data in the CRM system, tracking interactions and the status of each lead.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly KPIs related to prospecting, lead qualification, and call volume.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
