Role Description
The Manager role at HELIO9 ENERGY SOLUTIONS is a full-time, on-site position based in Agra. The Manager oversees day-to-day operations for solar EPC projects, including planning, resource allocation, and coordination across engineering, procurement, and installation teams. This role involves monitoring project timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards,



and maintaining quality and safety across all project phases. The Manager collaborates with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and support successful project delivery. The position also includes performance management of team members, process improvement initiatives, and reporting on project progress and operational metrics to senior leadership.

Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in solar energy or EPC environments, with knowledge of on-grid/off-grid systems, PM Surya Ghar Yojana, and PM-KUSUM schemes.
- Ability to lead and develop teams, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative, safety-focused work culture.
- Proficiency in using productivity and project tools (e.g., MS Office, project management software) and preparing transparent reports
