We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer who can contribute across both backend and frontend development and help build scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience and mandatory prior experience in the FinTech industry. The ideal candidate must have robust hands-on expertise across both backend and frontend technologies, including Python, Django, DBMS, React, React Native, and JavaScript. Experience in Lending, Digital Lending, NBFCs, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), or Loan Management Systems (LMS) will be an added advantage. The candidate will work closely with Product, Technology, Design, Credit, Risk,



and Operations teams to develop and enhance Bridge Capital's technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

-Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and Django.

-Develop robust APIs and backend services for financial and business applications.

-Design and optimize databases and data structures.

-Write efficient SQL queries and ensure database performance.

-Apply strong DBMS concepts for data management and application development.

-Build secure, reliable, and scalable backend systems.

-Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.

-Integrate internal and third-party APIs and services.

-Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React and React Native.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable JavaScript code.

-Build reusable and modular UI components.

-Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
