Role Description
The MIS Executive (Accounts) will be responsible for managing and updating Management Information Systems related to accounting and finance on a day-to-day basis. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhilwara, where the team member will collect, analyze, and compile financial data to prepare regular MIS reports for management review. Typical tasks include maintaining accurate records of transactions, preparing dashboards and summary reports, tracking key performance indicators, and supporting audits with relevant data. The role also involves coordinating with accounts and operations teams to ensure data integrity, resolving discrepancies, and presenting clear, timely information to support decision-making. The MIS Executive (Accounts) will be expected to follow established processes, adhere to compliance standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of reporting formats and workflows.

Qualifications
- Strong grasp of Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS),



with the ability to maintain and optimize reporting tools.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills and experience in MIS Reporting, including data compilation, trend analysis, and performance tracking.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with accounting, operations, and management teams, and presenting data in a transparent, concise manner.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data visualization).
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial documentation processes.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail under time-bound reporting schedules.
- Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in Commerce, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an MIS or accounts support role will be considered an advantage.
- Salary Is Upto 40K
