Tech Mahindra is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Digital Workplace Solution Architects Pre-Sales to be part of the Digital Workplace (DWP) Practice, where our workplace solutions are delivered under the Flex portfolio.

In this role, you will actively engage with customers to understand their business priorities, workplace challenges, and transformation objectives, and translate them into compelling, outcome-driven solutions. You will play a key role in shaping innovative and future-ready Digital Workplace solutions, driving RFP responses and strategic pursuits across transformation and managed services engagements.

As a Solution Architect, you will help craft end-to-end proposals that enhance user experience, improve operational efficiency, and unlock business value, leveraging contemporary workplace technologies, automation, and AI-led capabilities aligned with Tech Mahindra’s Flex offerings.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead RFP/RFI responses and strategic deal pursuits for Digital Workplace (Flex) transformation and managed services opportunities.




- Engage with customers to understand business challenges, current-state environments, and transformation goals.
- Architect end-to-end Digital Workplace solutions across EUC towers including field services, remote support, endpoint management, VDI, messaging & collaboration, and device engineering.
- Design managed services operating models, including support structure, SLAs/XLAs, governance, and service integration.
- Define transformation roadmaps incorporating modernization, automation, AI-led operations, and DEX improvements.
- Develop compelling value propositions, solution narratives, and differentiators aligned with TechM Flex offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (delivery, OEMs, finance, bid management) to build competitive and executable proposals.
