We are looking for an 5+ years of experienced HR Manager / PMS Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations for our Coimbatore office. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in performance management systems (PMS), and a solid understanding of KRA (Key Result Areas) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) frameworks. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management Design, implement, and monitor KRA/KPI frameworks across departments Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) — appraisal cycles, goal setting, feedback, and review processes Handle employee relations, grievance redressal,



and engagement initiatives Ensure compliance with statutory and labor law requirements Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce management Maintain HR MIS, attendance, and payroll coordination Support policy formulation and implementation Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field 5+ years of relevant HR management experience Solid knowledge of KRA/KPI design and PMS tools/processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software/tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹15,643.61 - ₹54,664.99 per month
