About the Role

We are looking for a
highly experienced Senior SAP Implementation Consultant / SAP Advisor
to support and guide our organization through its SAP implementation journey.

This is a
hands-on advisory and implementation leadership role
suited for a seasoned SAP qualified who has
personally led or played a key role in implementing SAP within an organization
, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

The ideal candidate may be a
senior/retired SAP professional, former CIO/IT Head, SAP Program Manager, SAP Implementation Head, or experienced SAP consultant
who is looking for a meaningful fixed-term consulting assignment.

The engagement is expected to be for
1–2 years
, depending on the progress and requirements of the SAP implementation.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP Implementation Leadership




- Provide end-to-end guidance for the organisation's SAP implementation.
- Lead and oversee the SAP implementation roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Bring practical experience from previous SAP implementation projects and guide the organization on what works and what potential challenges to avoid.
- Review the implementation approach, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
- Identify implementation risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.

2. Business Process & SAP Assessment
- Understand existing business processes across functions and identify areas for SAP enablement and improvement.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Review current processes and recommend opportunities for standardization, automation and process optimization.
- Ensure that SAP implementation is aligned with actual business requirements rather than unnecessary customization.
