About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
Talent Acquisition Executive
with 3–6 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience handling multiple requirements across different functions and seniority levels.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define role expectations.
- Source candidates through
LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels
.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, cultural fit, and role requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and regularly update the




Applicant Tracking System (ATS)/recruitment tracker
.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely closure of positions.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions with selected candidates.
- Track offers, joining status, backouts, and recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain a strong
talent pipeline
for current and future requirements.
- Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and niche positions.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies, colleges, and other talent sources when required.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and share hiring updates with management.
- Stay updated on market trends, candidate availability, and industry hiring practices.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
