Position: Service Advisor – Automobile (Fresher)

Location: Lingampally, Hyderabad, Telangana

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: 0 - 1 Year

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

*Job Description:*

Receive customers and understand their vehicle/service requirements.

Prepare job cards and record customer complaints accurately.

Explain service requirements, estimates, and costs to customers.

Coordinate with technicians for diagnosis and repairs.

Monitor job progress and provide regular customer updates.

Identify additional service requirements and obtain customer approval.

Ensure proper job-card documentation and DMS updates.

Conduct final inspection before vehicle delivery.

Explain completed work and charges to customers.

Handle customer complaints professionally.

Follow up for periodic service and repeat business.

Achieve job-card, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
