Job Summary

The ERP Manager will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the school's ERP system to ensure smooth and productive functioning of academic, administrative, HR, attendance, fee, communication, and other digital processes. The role will coordinate with management, teachers, administrative staff, students, parents, and the ERP service provider to ensure effective utilization of the system.

Key Responsibilities1. ERP Management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the school's ERP system.
- Ensure all ERP modules are functioning properly and are being used effectively.
- Create, update, and maintain user accounts, roles, permissions, and access rights.
- Monitor system performance and identify operational issues.
- Coordinate with the ERP vendor for technical support, upgrades, and issue resolution.

2. Data Management
- Ensure accurate and timely entry and updating of student, employee, attendance, academic, fee, and other relevant data.
- Regularly verify ERP data for accuracy and completeness.




- Maintain data confidentiality and ensure appropriate access controls.
- Generate and maintain required reports and MIS.

3. Attendance & Employee Management
- Monitor biometric attendance integration with the ERP system.
- Ensure accurate synchronization of Punch In/Punch Out data.
- Coordinate with the HR/People & Culture team regarding attendance, leave, late-coming, and related reports.
- Assist in maintaining employee records through the ERP.

4. Academic & Student Management
- Support teachers and academic staff in managing attendance, examination records, marks, assignments, timetables, and other academic information.
- Ensure student information is updated accurately.
- Assist in generating student-related reports whenever required.
- Provide training and technical assistance to teachers and staff.

5. Fee & Administrative Support
- Coordinate with the Accounts/Finance team regarding fee-related ERP processes.
