We are currently seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join our energetic engineering team. This is a critical role for an experienced professional with a deep understanding of API 6A standards and the design of surface pressure control equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of pressure control equipment per API 6A standards (valves, wellhead components, tree assemblies, etc.).
- Create detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and BOMs using Inventor, Vault or similar CAD tools.
- Conduct FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and other mechanical calculations to validate designs.
- Ensure compliance with API 6A, ASME, and customer-specific requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, sales, and supply chain teams.




- Provide engineering support for prototype testing, failure analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Participate in and/or lead design reviews, DFMEAs, and engineering change processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of internal engineering standards and best practices.
- Assist in preparing technical documentation, including material specifications, test procedures, and certification packages.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (required); Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering in the oil & gas industry.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with API 6A product design and certification processes.
- Proficiency in INVENTOR, VAULT, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and engineering analysis tools (ANSYS, MathCAD, etc.).
- Familiarity with ASME Section VIII, API 6A, and API Q1 standards is a
