About the Role

We are looking for a B2B Copywriter & Content Marketer who combines excellent writing with a strong understanding of persuasive psychology, brand positioning, organic social media growth, and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).

This is not a role for someone who simply uses ChatGPT to generate posts.

We are an AI-forward company, and you will be expected to use tools such as ChatGPT and Claude extensively to research, ideate, repurpose, and accelerate content production. However, the final quality must come from your understanding of copywriting, audience psychology, positioning, and platform behavior.

You should understand why someone stops scrolling, why they continue reading, why they trust a brand, and ultimately why they take action.

What You'll Be Responsible ForB2B Copywriting & Brand Messaging
- Develop persuasive copy for B2B audiences across multiple formats.




- Understand the target customer deeply and translate technical or complicated ideas into simple, compelling messaging.
- Help develop and maintain brand voice, positioning, messaging pillars, and copywriting guidelines.
- Write copy that balances authority and credibility with personality.
- Apply proven copywriting and persuasion principles rather than relying on generic AI-generated language.

Social Media Content & Organic Growth

Create and refine content for platforms including:
- LinkedIn
- X
- Instagram
- Newsletters / long-form content

You should understand that the same idea cannot simply be copied and pasted across platforms.

You will be expected to understand the behaviors, formats, hooks, structures, and audience expectations that make content successful on each platform.

This includes:
- Thought-leadership posts
- Educational content
- Founder-led content
- Carousels
- Threads
- Case studie
