- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor patients' health conditions.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and accurately record vital signs, clinical observations, intake/output, and other relevant patient information.
- Identify changes in patients' conditions and promptly escalate concerns to the treating physician or senior nursing staff.
- Assist doctors during diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical procedures.
- Perform nursing procedures such as wound care, catheter care, IV therapy, specimen collection, and other procedures within scope of practice.
- Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and initiate emergency nursing interventions.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely nursing and patient documentation.
- Ensure proper medication safety, including the five rights of medication administration.
- Maintain infection-prevention and control standards and follow hospital protocols.
