We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Brand Acquisition Executive to join our e-commerce sales team. The role involves identifying potential brands, connecting with decision-makers, scheduling meetings, visiting brands, presenting our business proposition, and successfully onboarding new brands onto our platform.
This is a sales + field business development role, ideal for someone who enjoys communication, relationship building, and converting leads into business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads from potential brands, sellers, and businesses.
- Make outbound calls and connect with brand owners, founders, and key decision-makers.
- Understand the brand's business requirements and assess partnership opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct online and face-to-face meetings with potential brands.
- Visit brand locations for business meetings and product/service presentations.
- Pitch the company's e-commerce solutions and explain the benefits of onboarding.
- Negotiate commercials and partnership terms as per company guidelines.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to brand onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and business owners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of new brands.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and regularly track leads, meetings, follow-ups, and closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly brand acquisition and revenue targets.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and convert qualified leads into active brand partnerships.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Field Sales, or Brand Acquisition.
- Experience in E-commerce, D2C, Retail, Fashion, or Marketplace will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, and face-to-face meetings.
- Robust convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
