Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to manage our Cashify store in Vijayapura. The candidate will be responsible for store operations, team management, sales, customer experience, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales and service targets.
- Drive sales, revenue, repair, and service targets as per business requirements.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Monitor store performance, team productivity, attendance, and discipline.
- Ensure proper inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
- Analyze daily/weekly store performance and take corrective actions to improve productivity.
- Conduct regular team briefings and provide coaching to team members.




- Coordinate with ASM/Cluster Manager and other internal teams for operational requirements.
- Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and overall store standards.
- Identify local business opportunities and support customer/lead generation activities.

Requirements
- 3 years plus of experience in Store Management / Retail Sales.
- Experience in mobile, electronics, telecom, consumer durable, or retail industry preferred.
- Graduate preferred.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Good communication, customer handling, and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail workplace.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
