Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. Candidates with tele sales, telecalling, inside sales, customer service, or sales experience from any industry are welcome to apply.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting leads, understanding customer requirements, generating appointments, conducting follow-ups, and converting enquiries into appointments and sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle incoming enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about services.
- Generate and schedule appointments for customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper follow-up records.
- Convert leads into appointments and sales.




- Explain services, packages, offers, and promotions as per company guidelines.
- Handle customer objections and queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Branch Team regarding scheduled appointments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, appointment, and sales targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide a positive customer experience.
- Prepare daily/weekly calling and sales reports.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and sales activities.
- Escalate customer complaints or complex queries to the appropriate team.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Tele Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Sales.
- Candidates from any industry are eligible.
- Qualification: ITI and above.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowle
