- Technical Project Manager The Technical Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams in Bangalore to deliver high-quality software solutions using Agile methodologies.
- The role requires strong project management skills, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, and SSM certifications, and a deep understanding of quality and testing standards.
- The candidate will manage project scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder communication while ensuring adherence to industry best practices.

Responsibilities : -
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Ensure that quality and testing standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and change requests.
- Communicate project status, risks,



and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Mentor and coach team members to promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, operations) to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements : -
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6 to 9 years of experience in technical project management.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SSM certification.
- Robust knowledge of Agile frameworks and quality/testing standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalent.
