Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Supplier Management

1. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely completion of Purchase Orders (POs).
2. Follow up on manufacturing progress, resolve supplier-related issues, and expedite deliveries when required.
3. Source and identify qualified suppliers for various commodities, components, materials, and services.
4. Develop and maintain solid supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery performance.
5. Generate Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and obtain competitive quotations from suppliers.
6. Prepare detailed cost comparison analyses and recommend sourcing decisions based on commercial and technical evaluations.
7. Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, contracts, and purchasing documentation.
8. Prepare reports and dashboards for internal procurement reviews and management reporting.

Logistics & Shipment Coordination – Key Focus Area

1. Coordinate domestic and international shipments to ensure timely material deliveries.
2.



Track shipment movement and provide regular shipment status and visibility updates to internal stakeholders and global teams.
3. Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, logistics providers, customs agents, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.
4. Ensure all required shipping and logistics documentation is available and accurate.
5. Support customs clearance and import/export compliance activities.
6. Monitor shipment schedules and proactively follow up to avoid delays.
7. Troubleshoot shipment delays and coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and carriers to resolve issues.
8. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for pickup, dispatch, transit, and delivery timelines.
9. Support freight planning across ocean, air, parcel, and LTL transportation modes.
10. Evaluate ocean freight rate opportunities, consolidation strategies, and logistics cost-saving initiatives where practical.
