Qualification
Preferably Graduate / Postgraduate in Chemistry / Analytical chemistry

Experience
- 1-3 yrs in the field of water testing, Pollution and Environment, Atmospheric pollution and gases.

Key Responsibilities
Primary
Objectives:
- Ensure timely analysis of the Water, Wastewater, Fertilizer, Atmospheric pollution Samples, Soil, Sediments and Other environmental samples as per IS, APHA, CPCB, USEPA methods or any other relevant method w.r.t Environmental samples.
- Maintain all the records in the laboratory for Calibration,



intermediate checks, Sample Preparation, Standard Consumption, Breakdown, sample logbooks, Environmental conditions etc.as per the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025.
- Timely stock Updating of regular chemical and other consumables for the analysis which are assigned. To communicate to the senior personnel for regarding the stock. to take necessary action for initiation of Procurement for the same.
- Intermediate check /Calibration & Maintenance of the instruments used in the section for analysis as per the set procedure.
- Maintain impartiality and confidentiality in activities carried out at ALS.
