About Colenva
Colenva is building a technology-driven integrative healthcare ecosystem, initially focused on Ayurveda and AYUSH healthcare. We aim to connect healthcare seekers, doctors, hospitals, clinics, therapy centres, wellness providers, manufacturers and corporate wellness programs through a trusted digital ecosystem.
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on marketing and growth leader to build the Colenva brand, drive user and provider acquisition, develop strategic partnerships and establish Colenva as a trusted name in healthcare and AYUSH.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Colenva's overall growth, marketing and brand strategy.
- Build strong brand positioning and market presence for Colenva.
- Develop B2C strategies for patient and healthcare-user acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Develop B2B marketing strategies for hospitals, clinics, doctors,
wellness organisations and other healthcare partners.
- Build strategic partnerships with healthcare organisations, corporates and wellness programmes.
- Lead digital marketing, performance marketing, social media, content marketing and campaigns.
- Develop campaigns for app/user acquisition and healthcare-provider onboarding.
- Work closely with the CEO, COO, CSO and technology/product teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, channels and growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute healthcare events, conferences, workshops and offline marketing campaigns.
- Develop healthcare thought-leadership, PR and industry visibility opportunities.
- Build relationships with doctors, healthcare leaders, institutions and industry organisations.
- Define and track key marketing and growth metrics including CAC, conversion, retention, leads, revenue contribution and ROI.
