Role Summary

Lead – Billing Operations is a strategic leadership position responsible for managing customer billing inquiries, resolving disputes, and driving process improvements within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) function.



This role serves as the go-to person for the leadership team on billing operations matters and customer-facing escalations. The ideal candidate combines robust customer advocacy with operational excellence, financial acumen, and the ability to influence across functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Query & Dispute Management
- Serve as primary point of escalation for customer billing inquiries, disputes, and complex order management issues requiring immediate resolution.
- Lead cross-functional dispute resolution efforts in collaboration with Billing, Finance, Tax, Sales, and Customer Success teams to resolve billing issues impacting case resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely, transparent communication to customers on dispute status, resolution timelines, and next steps, ensuring expectations are managed throughout the process.
