Role Description
The Property Hunter role at MedPlus Health Services Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The Property Hunter is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and shortlisting suitable commercial properties for new MedPlus outlets in line with business expansion plans. Daily activities include conducting field visits,



assessing property locations for footfall and accessibility, gathering local market intelligence, and coordinating with landlords, brokers, and local authorities. The role involves comparing rental and lease terms, preparing site assessment reports, and sharing recommendations with the real estate and operations teams. The Property Hunter also supports negotiations, ensures timely documentation, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth property acquisition and store setup.

Qualifications
- Solid property scouting and market research abilities, including experience in identifying commercial spaces and assessing local demographics and competition.
- Skills in negotiation and stakeholder management to work effectively with landlords, brokers, and internal teams.
