Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Reel Creator role based in Ahmedabad. The Reel Creator will conceptualize, script, and produce short-form video content for social media platforms, highlighting lifestyle experiences, local businesses, events, and trending topics. Daily responsibilities include planning shoots, capturing high-quality video on location, editing reels with music, transitions, and text overlays, and optimizing content for audience engagement and platform algorithms.



The role involves close collaboration with the content and marketing teams to align reels with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and publishing schedules. The Reel Creator will also track performance metrics, experiment with new formats, and stay current with social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications

Strong skills in video shooting and editing, with proficiency in popular editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).

Experience in social media content creation, including Instagram Reels and other short-form video platforms, with an understanding of trends and audience behavior.

Creative storytelling abilities, including scripting, visual composition, and pacing to produce engaging, on-brand lifestyle content.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles such as audience targeting, hashtags, and content optimization for reach and engageme
