Key Responsibilities:
* Check the quality (QC) of all jewellery products.
* Prepare and share jewellery estimates with customers and the team.
* Coordinate daily production with the in-house, diamond, and factory teams.
* Track orders and ensure they are completed on time.
* Check quality at every stage of production.
* Maintain production records and job work details.
* Coordinate with the Design, QC, and Dispatch teams.
* Resolve production issues and update management.
Requirements:
* Knowledge of lab-grown diamonds, including shapes, sizes, and diamond grading.
* 2–3 years of experience in jewellery production.
* knowledge of jewellery manufacturing.
* Positive communication, coordination, and MS Excel skills.
* learn SJE Plus production software.
