Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Perfumer role based in Noida. The Perfumer will develop, evaluate, and refine fragrances for a wide range of natural personal care and cosmetic products, working closely with the R&D; and product development teams. Daily tasks include creating recent fragrance concepts,



conducting stability and performance evaluations, adapting formulations to regulatory and safety requirements, and ensuring consistency across batches. The role involves collaborating with quality control and production teams to scale formulations, supporting customer presentations and sales discussions with fragrance expertise, and documenting all formulations and testing outcomes for future reference.

Qualifications
- Customer-facing and support skills, including Customer Service and collaboration with Sales teams to understand client requirements.
- Quality-focused skills, including experience in Quality Control and adherence to safety and regulatory standards for fragrances and personal care products.
- Innovation and technical skills in Research and Development (R&D;), especially in fragrance creation, evaluation, and optimization.
