Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Sales Executive to manage sales generated through digital channels such as WhatsApp, social media, online advertisements, website enquiries, and other digital platforms.

The role involves responding to enquiries, engaging with potential customers, following up on leads, recommending products, converting leads into orders, and maintaining relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website, online advertisements, and other digital platforms.
- Respond quickly and professionally to new digital enquiries.
- Contact potential customers through phone calls and WhatsApp when required.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Convert digital enquiries and leads into confirmed sales.
- Follow up with interested customers until the purchase is completed.
- Maintain regular follow-up with previous and existing customers to generate repeat sales.
- Share product details, prices, offers, images, videos,



and other relevant information with customers.
- Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions to encourage sales.
- Inform customers about new products, offers, campaigns, and promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer details, follow-ups, and orders.
- Update lead and sales status in the company's CRM, spreadsheet, or sales system.
- Coordinate with the billing, warehouse, packing, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Follow up on pending enquiries, abandoned orders, and customers who have not completed their purchase.
- Support digital marketing campaigns by following up with leads generated through advertisements.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat purchases.
- Maintain skilled communication and provide a positive customer experience.
