About Crave

Crave is a digital cafeteria and food-service management platform that brings multiple food brands and vendors together within institutional and corporate food-service environments. We are looking for a proactive Facility Manager to take complete responsibility for the day-to-day operations of an assigned Crave site in Chennai.

Job Summary

The Facility Manager will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, vendor operations, site operations, customer experience, compliance and revenue performance at the assigned Crave location.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Food & Beverage, cafeteria management, QSR, restaurants, institutional catering, facility management or similar operations and should be comfortable managing multiple vendors and operational teams simultaneously.





Key Responsibilities

1. Vendor Management
- Manage and maintain strong working relationships with all food vendors operating at the Crave site.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, deployment and day-to-day operations.
- Monitor vendor performance, food quality, service standards and operational discipline.
- Ensure vendors adhere to agreed commercial, operational and service terms.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding menus, pricing, promotions, availability and customer feedback.
- Resolve vendor-related operational issues quickly and professionally.
- Track vendor sales and identify opportunities to improve individual vendor performance.

2. Site Operations
- Take complete ownership of the day-to-day functioning of the assigned Crave facility.
- Ensure the cafeteria operates smoothly during all designated operating hours.
