Role: Veeva Vault CRM Integration (Migration)

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and test integrations between
Veeva Vault CRM and upstream/downstream enterprise applications
.

Develop and troubleshoot
Vault CRM custom functionality and integration components
, including Vault SDK code, triggers, custom actions, APIs, and supporting integration logic.

Analyze existing
IQVIA OCE/Salesforce integrations, customizations, data flows, and interface dependencies
and determine the appropriate implementation approach for Vault CRM.

Develop and support
REST/API, batch, and file-based integrations
across CRM and the broader commercial application landscape.

Work with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to translate functional and technical requirements into detailed integration designs, mappings, and technical specifications.

Develop and maintain
field mappings, transformation rules, validation logic, error handling, reconciliation, and monitoring processes
.





Support data extraction and transformation activities associated with the migration from OCE to Vault CRM.

Develop and execute unit testing and support
System Integration Testing (SIT), UAT, regression testing, mock migrations, and cutover rehearsals
.

Troubleshoot integration failures, API issues, data discrepancies, custom-code defects, performance issues, and environment-related problems.

Coordinate technical dependencies and issue resolution across
Veeva, client technology teams, and third-party application owners
.

Support deployment, production cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including interface specifications, data mappings, technical designs, deployment instructions, and operational runbooks.

Required Technical Skills

Solid hands-on experience with
Veeva Vault CRM and the Veeva Vault Platform
.

Hands-on experience with
Vault APIs, VQL, Vault Query API, Vault Java SDK,
