About the Role

We’re looking for a
results-driven Digital Marketing Manager
who can combine
paid advertising and organic search
to drive measurable growth for our clients.

You’ll manage
Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, client relationships, and a digital marketing team
, while developing strategies that improve leads, conversions, organic visibility, and ROI.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize
Google Ads
campaigns including Search, Performance Max, Display & Remarketing.
- Plan and optimize
Meta Ads
campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop and execute
SEO & organic search strategies
including on-page, off-page, technical SEO, keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Manage multiple
client accounts
, understand their goals, and communicate strategies, performance and recommendations.
- Lead, mentor and coordinate the digital marketing team to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Monitor performance using
GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz and Looker Studio
.




- Analyze data and continuously improve
CPA, ROAS, rankings, traffic, leads and conversions
.
- Stay ahead of
Google algorithm updates, AI Search, AEO, AI SEO and emerging digital marketing trends
.

What We’re Looking For
- 4–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO
- Proven experience managing client accounts and marketing budgets
- Previous experience in team handling, mentoring and project management
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to turn data into practical growth strategies
- Experience with international clients is a plus
