Role & responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing and growing ROOVIs social media presence, primarily across Instagram, while supporting other relevant platforms.

Your goal will not simply be to increase followers. You will be expected to build brand awareness, engagement, community and ultimately contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute ROOVIs monthly and weekly social media strategy.

* Build a robust content calendar around products, launches, festivals, trends, occasions and brand storytelling.

* Plan and execute high-quality Instagram Reels, posts, carousels and stories.

* Identify trending formats, sounds, hooks and content opportunities relevant to fashion and jewellery.

* Develop creative concepts for product-led and lifestyle-led content.

* Work closely with the founder, designers, photographers, videographers and creative team to produce content.

* Manage ROOVIs Instagram account end-to-end, including publishing, scheduling, captions, hashtags and content optimization.





* Develop content that communicates ROOVIs design language, craftsmanship, quality and brand personality.

* Build and manage relationships with micro and macro influencers and content creators.

* Identify suitable creators for product seeding, paid collaborations and campaign partnerships.

* Coordinate influencer campaigns from briefing to execution and reporting.

* Track competitor activity and identify emerging trends in the jewellery, fashion and D2C space.

* Monitor social media analytics and continuously improve content based on performance.

* Track metrics such as reach, engagement, saves, shares, views, follower growth, profile visits and website traffic.

* Collaborate with the performance marketing team to identify high-performing organic content that can potentially be used for paid advertising.

* Manage community engagement through comments, DMs and social interactions.
