Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution and monitoring of all MEP works (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting) across project sites
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors to ensure design intent, quality and safety compliance
- Prepare and track project schedules, budgets and manpower/resource allocation for MEP scope
- Review drawings, technical submittals and BOQs; resolve site-level engineering issues
- Ensure adherence to statutory approvals, codes and quality/safety standards on site
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to Site Engineers and project teams
